Are you ready to build the practical skills you need to navigate the job search process and secure meaningful employment?

The Truly Alive Youth and Family Foundation Inc., in partnership withRBC and CIBC, is excited to launch the Skills for Employment Success Program, designed for racialized youth aged 20 to 29 who are eager to advance their careers, unlock new opportunities, and confidently navigate today’s evolving job market.

Whether you are searching for your first job, exploring a new career path, or looking to stand out to employers, this program will equip you with the practical skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

Program Details:

Program Dates: July 17 – August 7, 2026

 Targeted Communities: Saskatoon and Prince Albert

Session Schedule:

  • Fridays: 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. (hybrid sessions**).

Through this program you benefit from a comprehensive learning experience that includes:

  • Develop Career-Ready Tools by creating a professional resume, optimizing your LinkedIn profile, and building a personal brand that attracts employers and opportunities.
  • Explore In-Demand Careers by learning about exciting and growing pathways in healthcare, engineering, and other high-demand sectors.
  • Build Entrepreneurial Skills by discovering how to transform your skills, talents, and passions into viable business ideas, along with the fundamentals of launching and growing a successful venture in Saskatchewan.
  • Practice with mock interviews to build confidence and prepare for real job interviews.
  • Master Professional Networking by understanding the importance of networking and learning practical strategies for building meaningful professional relationships that support your career journey.
