Meet our Guest Speaker:
Feyisola Akintoye is a lawyer at Gerrand Rath Johnson LLP, practicing primarily in the areas of Labour & Employment Law and Civil Litigation. She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria and was called to the Nigerian bar in 2013.
In 2023, she obtained a Master of Laws from the University of Saskatchewan and also received her Certificate of Qualification from the Federation of Law Societies of Canada confirming her eligibility to practice law in Canada.
Before moving to Canada, Feyisola practiced as a corporate/commercial lawyer in Lagos, Nigeria, first in private practice and afterwards, in house at a multinational Property Services firm. Feyisola completed her articles with the law office of Gerrand Rath Johnson LLP and was called to the Saskatchewan Bar in 2025.
