Women Employment Readiness Program – 2nd Cohort
We are recruiting for the 2nd cohort of our Women Employment Readiness program.
TAYFFI’s Women Employment Readiness program seeks to empower and remove barriers faced by racialized women by providing pre-employment skills assessment and tailored support for workplace success.
Program focus include:
- Pre-employment and workplace soft skills training
- Employer engagement to remove workplace related barriers faced by racialized women
- Wrap around support including training stipends for program participants
