Truly Alive Youth and Family Foundation Inc. (TAYFFI) invites qualified consultants and consulting firms to submit proposals for a Pre-Employment Essential Skills Assessment Consultancy under the Sankofa Economic Empowerment & Workforce Initiative – Employment Readiness Program.
The successful consultant will design and implement an evidence-informed assessment process to evaluate participants’ pre-employment essential skills and overall job readiness.
TAYFFI is seeking a consultant with demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following areas: workforce development, employability or vocational assessment, adult learning, human resources, psychology, career development, organizational development, or a related discipline.
The scope of work will include developing the assessment framework, tools and methodology; administering assessments to eligible program participants; analyzing and interpreting results; and preparing individual and cohort-level reports with practical recommendations.
