Access to Justice Community Consultation – Saskatoon and Area

Truly Alive Youth and Family Foundation Inc. (TAYFFI) is pleased to invite members of Saskatoon’s Black communities, system partners, interfaith organizations, and justice-sector stakeholders to a Community Consultation Townhall as part of our Access to Justice Program.

Date: Friday, July 31, 2026
Time: 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Location: Women’s Business Hub, 733 1st Avenue North, Saskatoon, SK

This townhall will introduce TAYFFI’s Black Legal Clinic, a culturally responsive initiative designed to improve access to justice for Black communities across Saskatchewan.

What You Can Expect:

Participants will have the opportunity to:

  • Learn about legal rights and justice processes
  • Engage with lawyers and justice-sector professionals
  • Access community legal resources and support
  • Learn about TAYFFI’s free justice navigation services

The townhall will also provide a welcoming space to connect with community members and organizations, share resources, build meaningful partnerships, and explore opportunities for collaboration.

Through open dialogue, reflection, and knowledge sharing, we aim to move beyond awareness and identify practical solutions that strengthen community safety and improve access to justice for Black individuals and families in Saskatoon and the surrounding area.
